Ingredients
1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs
15 oz whole peeled tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup water
2 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup corn
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbsp flour
1 tbs chili powder
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low heat 4 to 6 hours or high 8 to 10 hours. Ladle in bowls and serve.
