For the burger:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg, whisked
2 tbsp Panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and make into 2 large patties or 4 smaller patties and cook on both sides on the grill or a skillet until done.

For the fries:
2 sweet potatoes, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat fries with olive oil, paprika and cayenne pepper. Spread fries on 1 layer onto a cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes until tender and golden brown turning occasionally. When done season with salt and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

For the guacamole 
2 ripe avocados
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, smashed
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 small tomato, minced
salt and pepper

In a bowl, place scooped avocado pulp and lemon juice and smash with a fork. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with the fork.

For dipping sauce
1/4 c light sour cream
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 clove garlic, smashed

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Other ingredients:
pineapple rings, grilled
lettuce leaf
