12 ounces salad greens
1/2 cup dried craizens
1/2 cup pecan halves
6 ounces blue cheese chunks
1 whole apple, cored and sliced very thin or diced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Add the greens, craizens, pecans, cheese and apples into a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, dijon mustard, honey and vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour a the salad dressing over the top of the salad and toss to combine.
