pot roast

1 lb beef roast
10 baby potatoes
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 cup red wine
1 cup beef stalk
1 cup baby carrots
10 pearl onions
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black truffle salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
pinch Rosemary
1 bay leaf

Coast roast with olive oil and season with the salt, pepper and rosemary and place in CrockPot.

Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or on high heat for 5 to 6 hours.
