1 lb Beef, cubed
10 Mushrooms, scliced
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp Red chili oil
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbs Coconut oil
Pepper to taste
Brown rice, cooked according to package
In a large bowl combine beef, mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger root, pepper, chili oil, sesame oil and set aside.
Heat 1 tbs coconut oil in wok on medium high heat and add onions and cook till translucent.
Add the beed mixture and cook thoroughly till beef is done about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve over brown rice with Sriracha!
