Ingredients

2 pounds boneless beef chuck, 1 inch pieces
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbls olive oil
2 tbls tapioca
8 0z baby carrots
1/2 lbs tiny potatoes
14 oz beef broth
1 cup Burgundy
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or on high heat for 5 to 6 hours.
