1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tbs chili oil
2 tbs olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a rack over a baking sheet and with a food brush coat kale with oil mixture. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
