1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 chicken breast, chopped and cooked to taste
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 cup shredded Colby and Monterrey cheese
1 cup spinach, chopped
2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp paprika
salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Press dough evenly onto bottom and  up sides of greased 9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken, spinach, tomato and onion. Beat eggs and milk in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended; mix shredded cheese, garlic, and paprika into mixture and pour over ingredients in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is puffed and edges are set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
