1/2 lb salmon, cut in half
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dill
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon is a baking dish and combine all ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is done.

Couscous Ingredients
1 cup pearled couscous
1 ¾ cups water
1 clove garlic minced
½  medium red onion, minced
1 tbs lemon juice
Handful fresh basil minced
Salt & pepper
Olive oil

In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and red onions. Add 1 ¾ cups water and pearled couscous. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a medium and simmer for 8 minutes uncovered. Stir occasionally. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Bring back to a medium boil and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until couscous is tender. Let stand covered 4-5 minutes before serving. Stir well and serve immediately.

1  medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup pineapple, diced
1 tbs onion, diced
1 tsp 0live oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in fridge till ready to serve.
